Rota Duties Policy

All parents/ carers are asked to undertake rota duties, as set out in the signed parental agreement.

We will only ever ask parents/carers to undertake as many duties per half term as sessions their child attends per week.

Where parents have two children attending the setting at the same time parents are only expected to do duties for one child. This will be the child who attends the most sessions every week.

Parents will only be asked to undertake duties once staff feel that their child/ren are settled at pre-school (usually one half term).

The only exemption from rota duties are women in the last six weeks of pregnancy and up until their baby is eight weeks old.
