Payment of Fees Policy

Fees are due in advance and payment is expected within 1 week of the bill being issued.

 If fees are not paid for 2 weeks then the child may not be able to attend Pre-School until the outstanding amount has been paid.

 If fees are unpaid for 4 weeks this may result in the child losing their place at Pre-School.

The management committee reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a child’s place over nonpayment of fees. 

If parents are unable to pay the full amount in one lump sum they must speak to the committee secretary or treasurer in confidence.

It may be possible for fees to be paid daily or weekly, but only once an agreement has been made with the committee secretary and/ or treasurer.

When paying daily or weekly fees are still due in advance and payment for each session must be made before the child attends that session.

Fees continue to be payable if a child is absent for any reason including illness or holidays taken in term time.
