Fees

All children become eligible for free sessions in the term following their third birthday. Until this time the fees are currently £7.50 per session, and are due in advance. You will be issued with a bill at the beginning of each half term, and payment is expected within one week of the bill being issued. This bill will be placed on your child’s peg, and is issued by the committee. Cheques are to be made payable to Larksmead Pre-School. If you are unable to pay this amount in one lump sum you may speak to the committee treasurer in confidence to arrange a regular payment plan. It may be possible for you to pay daily or weekly, but please remember  fees are still due in advance, and must be paid before the session. Fees continue to be payable if a child is absent for any reason including illness or holidays taken in term time. If fees are unpaid for two weeks from the date the bill was issued, your child may not be able to attend pre-school until the outstanding amount has been paid. If fees are unpaid for four weeks this may result in your child losing their place at pre-school.

Once your child is eligible for free sessions you will be issued with a funding form at the beginning of each term. You must complete this and return it to pre-school as quickly as possible, within one week.
